For all Weddings a minimum £200 deposit is required, followed by a payment of £200, which is payable 4 weeks before the Wedding. The Wedding would normally be ready to pick up within 2 weeks and all balances must be paid before receipt of the video.
The above fee is for coverage of your wedding from either the preparations at home or arrivals at the Ceremony address, through to the cake cutting and speeches( see time allotted below).

Travel is free within a 35 mile (return) radius of the studio, but is chargeable at £35 per hour outside that .
The price includes one copy of your Wedding edited with titles, music and the Video Album, on video or DVD which contains all the still-frame and slow-motion portions of the video.
The time allotted for your video is 1 hour before the Ceremony and 4 hours from the start of the Ceremony. This means that if your Wedding is at 2.00pm, the cameraman will either arrive at your home at 1.00pm or at the Ceremony venue at 1.30pm and will be with you until 6.00pm.
If the distance between home and Ceremony means that the cameraman has to arrive earlier than 1 hour before the Ceremony, then a charge of £35 per hour will be added. Likewise, if the speeches are not completed by the time allotted, a charge of £35 per hour will be added.
If you require extra coverage for the evening, the charge will be £35 per hour from the end of normal video coverage.

Copies of wedding DVD copies are
£15 + £2 p/p for a 1 disc set
£20 + £2 p/p for a 2 disc set
£25 + £2 p/p for a 3 disc set
