Terms and Conditions
Please read
carefully and then print out and return with your
signature to indicate that you understand the terms and conditions
- It is understood that
VideoServe is retained as the sole official video recorders
for this wedding.
- The Master tape ( including
all copyrights) will remain the property of VideoServe, who
reserve the right to use any part of this video for display,
promotional or any other purpose. The Master tape will be
retained for up to three months by the studio to facilitate
any orders or prints required, and the client has the right
during this period to purchase said Master tape. If at the
end of three months the tape has not been purchased, the
studio reserves the right to dispose of the Master tape.
- In the event of postponement
or cancellation of the wedding or contract, the deposit is
non-refundable.
- Whilst the studio takes every
reasonable care with regard to the taking and editing of
this video, due to the nature of electronic equipment, any
fault occurring in any component or accessories used cannot
be attributed to the studio. Likewise subsequent loss or
damage to the videotape.
- It is the responsibility of
the client to inform the Clergy that a video is required at
the Ceremony, and that any fees due are met by the client.
